For Sale: 1988 C S 36 MERLIN EDITION [AFT CABIN}

We have decided . . . reluctantly . . . to put our C S 36 Merlin Edition [aft cabin] up for sale. She is in excellent condition! We are the 2nd owners of the sailboat and have owned her for 22+ years. She is extremely well set up for extended cruising in the Sea of Cortez.

Unfortunately, we're in our mid-70's and mobility issues are beginning to take their toll [knees, hips, back and shoulders etc.] We are unable to scramble around on deck like we could 30+ years ago; so, "Leap of Faith" is simply getting "beyond our ability to sail".

She is current based [and has been for the past 9 years] out of Puerto Escondido Marina, [Loreto] Baja Sur, Mexico. She's usually in the water for 6 months [October-April] and then, in the boatyard for the summer months. We are, of course, currently on board at the dock.

We have a complete set of photos of the exterior and interior, on request.
