We are very interested in the boat. Right now we are cruising and don't have access to a car. It may be a month or so before we can get to St. Pete, but we definitely would like to have a look. We'll let you know in advance. Do you happen to know the IJPE and the mast and jib lengths?

Sounds great, let me know when you're in town and if she's still available we'll go for a sail.

Regarding the IJPE numbers- here is some data from sailboatdata.com:

The mainsail and jib were replaced in late 2016 by Doyle's sail loft here in St. Petersburg and have only been used cruising the Caribbean last season. They are in great shape. The boat is set up to easily put in a staysail.

Scheduled a haul-out for inspection and maintenance of cutlass bearing on 6/14/18 in St. Petersburg. If anyone is interested in seeing a Caliber 40 out of the water, please let me know.
