Cape Dory Typhoon Weekender on custom built 2018 aluminum trailer(trailer never was in water) in marina North of Key Largo, FL.
Has new sails and cushions. Sailboat is set up for electrical propulsion (trolling motor) and outboard. 24V trolling motor and long shaft 2.5HP outboard are available too.
Sailboat is structurally sound with a lot of improvements but needs some work (last 3 years it was on trailer due to health problems).
$3000 for boat and trailer.
