For Sale: 2002 13' Caribe Inflatable and 25 hp Merc OB

In June, I bought a 54' Little Harbor in Maine, and sailed it down to Herrington Harbor. It came with a 2002 13' Caribe Inflatable and Mercury 25hp outboard (2 stroke I believe). The dinghy was used by the previous owner up to the day I purchased the sailboat, and we lashed it to the deck for the trip. It is far too big for my purposes and obscures visibility forward so I removed it as soon as I made it to Herrington Harbor my home marina and stored it. I have never run the engine (nor even uncovered it other that to look at it- but no reason to think it doesn't run fine) The outboard remains on the aft rail under a cover. I have the full tank as well. I will sell the entire combo for $900 to the first boater who wants it. Certainly under market, I just want it gone over the winter before I buy my new smaller set up. I don't have photos other than from when I was up in Maine but welcome closer inspection.

Located in Herrington Harbor- about 14 NM south of Annapolis in Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay.

Any leaks currently? Within the double floor? An access port ever installed to pump out?

Has it got the oars, everything for rowing intact?

How much patching done in the past?

How's everything look around the tow ring?

Any idea on the weight? As in, all people and gear out, haul the motor etc out,

now I want to wrangle it out of the ocean up on deck?

Title / past registrations? Or just a BoS?

Those 25 mercs are indestructable. It's its got compression it's worth well over 900 or at least would be in FL.
