2002 lagoon 410. 220,000

Hi, I’m thinking about selling my lagoon 410. I bought her in 2017 in Tampa and she now resides in oriental NC.
I have done many upgrades to her trying to make her a better lagoon.
New sails main and jib ( precision sails) main 2020 jib 2024
New yanmar sd60 saildrives 2019
New garmin chart plotter 2021. 12” touchscreen
New garmin wind anemometer 2021
All lights inside and out led
Northern lights 8kw generator. 800 hrs
2020 zodiac rib with Johnson 15hp
All running rigging replaced 2022
New trampoline 2020
All hatches replaced in 2019. Lewmar medium profile.
Four new low profile rule automatic bilge pumps one in each engine compartment and main bilges
New three burner gas cook top( dometic)
New electric air/ convection oven
Cruisair ac/ heat. 16000btu
Original yanmar 3jh3e motors 4000 hrs. They run perfectly.
New fuel lines and racor filters 2020
Owners version
New mattresses all cabins custom made. 2019
Port head has electric toilet. Starboard is jabsco hand pump
New isotemp 6 gl. Hot water heater 2021
Bottom paint and saildrives serviced in April 2024
All through hull fittings replaced 2021
New stereo and speakers 2024
All deck hardware. Stanchions, cleats, toerails. Removed and rebedded. 2024
Original Bimini was very small. In 2018 I made the Bimini larger to cover the entire cockpit. Custom tubing work along with top
Magma gas grill
New settee cushions

This is a good boat. I have sailed up the east coast and to the Bahamas. She is not perfect but I have done everything I can to upgrade and make the boat better than it was when I purchased it. The hull is good and solid with no osmosis. In 2019 the bottom was stripped and barrier coated.

I’m planning to buy another boat so most of the ancillary equipment will be going with me. Such as life jackets, tools, kayaks and such

I will leave the epirb transponder
45 lb delta anchor with 150’ 3/8 galvanized chain.

Every thing works as it should.
New house batteries 2023. Lithium iron phosphate. 410 amp hours. All new battery cable wiring

New lithium battery charger
Victron battery monitor
Xantrex. 40 amp engine battery charger
Engine batteries agm 2020

This boat does not have electric winches and the lines do not run back to a central point in the cockpit. To raise the main you have to go forward to the mast. I purchased a dewalt 60amp right angle drill that will raise the main in 30 seconds, it is really amazing

The entire traveler system was removed rebuilt, new bearings, all components powder coated and reinstalled

I will respond to any reasonable offers. If you would like to see the boat I am available most weekends.

Thanks. Richard
