For Sale: 2004 Gemini 195Mc (catamaran)

Hello fellow sailors. My husband and I bought a beautiful Gemini 105Mc catamaran in August 2017. We have loved sailing, but, due to my health issues, we are looking to sell it. It is in fantastic condition and ready to sail. We just hauled her out and did the bottom paint again, we also upgraded the steering lines to dyneema (7 times stronger than steel, UV, chemical, and moisture resistant).

> Head: Sink, Toilet (Brand New), and Shower (with shower separator), medicine cabinet, 18 Gallon holding tank, Y valve to overboard or tank option
> Berths: One full sized queen berth (forward), and two double-sized berths in the aft sections
She comes with everything you need and more...EPIRB, personal EPIRBS, life jackets, satellite communicator, high power flash light, stabilized binoculars, jacklines, flares (handheld & ballistic). She's ready to go and just spent a year cruising in the Bahamas...so we still have the Explorer Guide books too. Lots of extras...including a 12V thermos style hot water kettle, the boat has every extra accessory available for a Gemini 105 Mc. (Screacher rail, sling seat, shower seperator, Captain’s chair, passive solar fans in the hatches, vents in the clothes drawers, handles on the stairs, inside lock on the door for security).
The boat is located in Riviera Beach, FL.
