Well, the time has come to sell our boat.

We've bought it at the start of the pandemic as our getaway during the lockdown. However, we are not using it enough to justify keeping. I've spent lots of time and money on upgrading, refitting and getting it to this point where it really needs nothing and is ready to sail whenever you want. Spent in total ~$15K in parts, labor and services. It's very easy to handle and dock, I regularly single hand it. We've taken it to Catalina and stayed there for a week comfortably. It's small enough so it doesn't cost much to keep and operate, but big enough to go to the islands, take friends out and sail around California. It sips fuel and costs very little to run compared to gasoline powered boats or larger vessels.

Transferrable slip (pending Marina approval) in one of the best marinas in the San Diego Bay. Marina has undergone a renovation and has excellent amenities.
