For Sale: 2006 Camano 31 Trawler - LaCross WI, $130,000

My wife and I are selling our 2006 Camano 31 Trawler. This is a 100% freshwater boat, spending its life on the St Croix and Upper Mississippi Rivers. The boat is located in LaCrosse WI. My wife and I purchased this boat 2 years ago after sailing for many years on Lake Superior. We have not utilized this boat as we should and have decided to sell. It has always been stored inside October thru April. It is in very good condition. It is all original with the exception that I have added Garhauer davits for a 9' Highfield dinghy with a Tohatsu 9.8.

So here goes with the questions:

1. Do you have service records and/or receipts?
2. What maintenance (preventative and otherwise) have you done to the boat?
3. Are the electronics from 2006 or have upgrades been made?
4. Does the boat have an AIS transponder? If so what make is it?
5. When was the bottom paint last done?
6. Does the dinghy you mentioned come with the boat?
7. What are the chain and rode lengths? Do you know the grade of the chain? G3 - G4?
8. Do you have the three chairs that go on the flybridge?
9. Is the bimini in need of any repair?
10. Does the bimini come with side curtains?
11. Does the boat have Seatalk or NMEA 2000 backbone. Since you have Raymarine electronics I imagine they are linked via Seatalk
12. Is the galley stove a 2 or 3 burner?
13. How old are the batteries?
14. I presume there is a dripless seal on the propeller shaft, will it need repacking any time soon?
15. From your description I imagine the gelcoat is in good condition and not dried by UV rays.
16. Do any spare parts that come with the boat? Belts, filters, impellers, etc.?
17. Did you have the boat surveyed when you purchased her? If so, would you willing to share it with me?
18. Did you have an engine and transmission oil analysis done when you purchased the boat? Same question about sharing.
