2018 Gurnet Point 25 Great Loop Cruiser (Lowell design) $149,900

With a hull designed by Jamie Lowell and overall construction completed by master builder Bob Fuller of South Shore Boatworks, Matilda E exemplifies the finest quality and workmanship available. Her form and function make her the epitome of a Downeast boat - a real head turner. Her dimensions remain pleasing to the eye despite being only 25 feet in length - and remarkably she is trailerable. Without any special permits you can just hook her up and go. On her tandem axel Loadmaster trailer she's been from Maine to Key West but her home waters are the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay. There are only 81 hours on her motor. Everything works perfectly. She was a labor of love to build (it took 3 years) and is named after my two grandmothers, Matilda and Ethel. I hate to sell her but times have changed.

Draft: < 2 feet Beam: 8' 6" Displacement: 6000 lbs Height on trailer: 11' 4"

Motor: Yamaha 200hp F200XCA (cruises at 18 kn, top speed 27 kn)
She sips fuel and a 100 gallon tank gives her tremendous range.

Electronics: Simrad 4G Radar, Simrad NSS 12" Evo3 multi-function display, Simrad autopilot with wireless remote,
Simrad RS35 VHF, Zipwake dynamic trim control system, Webasto 10,000 BTU reverse cycle air
conditioning/heating system, Wallas cooktop/heater, Lewmar anchor windlass with remote control, cutting
edge lighting system, multiple 12V and 110VDC outlets

Plumbing: Stainless steel sink, 8 gallon water tank, Yeti 60 gallon cooler, composting head (never used)

Access/Ventilation/Comfort: Sliding doors port and starboard are one of my favorite things about the boat. She is open, breezy and shady on hot days. She is warm, safe, and dry in wind, rain, and snow. Docking is particularly easy with the ability to set lines from the pilothouse to port or starboard. There are large vents/skylights above the helm and to port. There are 6 feet 4 inches of head room in the pilothouse. I'm 6' 2" and never have to hunch over. Four portlights with screens plus a center hatch provide plenty of fresh air in the V-berth. There is lots of room to stretch out and sleep comfortably plus a large storage area underneath the V-berth.

Custom fold out teak table with built in seat is truly a work of art, outdone only by the ships wheel. Bob Fuller makes the finest ships wheels in the world - no joke!
