25 to 30 ft. on Chesapeake Bay or Carolinas
Looking for a sailboat on Chesapeake Bay or North or South Carolina. The ideal boat would be:

Draft under 4 ft.
Inboard engine
Under $10k
Roller furling

Willing and able to do some work but not interested in a big project. Must have good title.

Cash in hand immediate sale.
