My family is slowly transitioning back to cruising (albeit locally) and just sold my fun boat. We're looking for a 3 stateroom cruising boat 42-47' that is mostly ready to go (older electronics are not an issue), no projects. If you are getting ready to sell let me know and you could potentially avoid broker fees.

Some of my criteria are:
-Draft 6' or less
-No Projects
-3 staterooms (kids need own space)
-less than 12 years old (unless just refit)
-Located between Vancouver BC to San Diego CA

Bonus Points for
-Good canvas (dodger & bimini)
-Close to San Francisco
-Large cockpit
-Pilot House
