32-42’ Center cockpit that needs work i.e. under $10k
32-42’ Center cockpit or something with large aft stateroom that has a bit of room to stand.

Not interested in going fast and not a fan of Catalina, O-day, Person, S2 type of designs.

Irwin, Hughes, Choy lee, Heritage West indies CC’s and full or large more flat decks seem to have the layout I’m looking for. Oddball looking sailboats..
