34' Colvin design "SAUGEEN WITCH"

34' steel hull Saugeen Witch Colvin design cutter rigged ketch. The price was just dropped from 4500 to 3650,The Boat needs to be sold NOW....., She is a great project for someone who loves the Colvin design, Boat is stored out of the water and needs some cosmetic finish work on the cabin top. Sleeps 4 comfortably, main salon, head, V berth and starboard side berth. Diesel power, running, has all sails and a wind vane on the stern. The boat has a lot of character, could even be used for promotional purposes if not going to sail it. There are two spots on the port side bottom that will need to be welded. One is 4x6" and the other is 3" round. Some Interior Work Has Been Completed And The Hull Painted with Pettit Easypoxy2. Thanks for your patience and ....New pictures will be posted this evening.... 2 anchors come with, a 35lb. CQR and 25lb. CQR and a kedge anchor and a lot of chain. Also 150 ft. of anchor line. The name boards are on the boat and have bolts on the transom. I started the engine and ran it for 5 minutes while out of the water with water hose in sea strainer. Engine is an Albin 2 cylinder diesel that runs.
