40-44 ft Owners

Hello all and thanks for all the fantastic insight from this forum. We've reached the point where we are actively shopping. Looking for an owner's version cat in the 40-44 ft range. US south or east coast based preferred. Price range is in the $300K to $400K range. Less than 20 years old but best fit would be somewhere between 2010 and 2016.

I'm actively scouring the usual spots like here, Yachtworld and Catamaransite so hoping this leads to something about to hit the market or a FSBO not yet visible to me.

Appreciate any insight and leads. Thank you!

Re: 40-44 ft Owners

Hello our plans have changed and we are in the process of listing our 2004 Leopard 42 - shaft drive, which is true turnkey. It will be in the $300K+ range and I will gladly email specs/upgrades. She is in the water near Annapolis. Please send me a PM if you wish details.
