$200K is not a whole lot of money for a newish Cat. Double to triple that price and maybe. And then you will need to travel to get to it.
you may do OK on you tube but odds are against you. What makes your channel special? you wont have "first there" cache. will you bring alot of sailing experience? Maybe a girl who looks good in a bikini?
