Want To Buy: <40' Cat

Hi,
We are looking to buy a <40' cat ideally less than 15 years old.
We have been looking at Mahe 36 (sold before we could arrange a viewing)
Lavezzi 40 (sold before we could arrange a viewing)
Numerous Lagoon 380's owners version, but brokers won't return calls/emails!
We have sold our house and want to [gently] move towards a liveaboard, initially in Lanzarote/Canaries whilst we get used to the lifestyle then hope to go bigger and travel further...
