ArtyB,

"So, what's wrong with it?"...Basically it's just in need of aLOT of tlc.
The sail inventory is:
1 main (been uncovered on the boom for @ 5 years. so yellowing from sun. (covers were too tattered to bother putting up)
Full Genoa and spinnaker both in great condition.
Mizzen sail is also in good condition. Sails are stored inside in bags.

Full Heart Freedom ChargerInverter Link 2000R system with very nicely installed control panel.

No delamination.
Lot of bright work needed.

Motor (Perkins 4.108) was rebuilt @ 8 years ago, then put back in the boat and run for @ 2 hrs.
The output shaft needs alignment, motor is in place ready to go. Motor will run .
Gas tank needs cleaning.

I am presently replacing all thru hulls, fittings, and everything needed inside and out to pass survey to get it insured. This marina no longer accepts my insurance and wants new coverage.
So, it's going to be fully functional.

Toilet Head needs replacement. Plumbing needs work. Water heater needs to be replaced.

RV fridge (gas, 110v/ 12v) needs replaced. 4 burner gas/propane stove can be used with a bit of work.
Other than that. It's a beauty. Really was a show- boat @ 20years ago...
I'm getting her back in shape.
