My current home in St Petersburg Fl is now for sale,$130,000 or trade for land. Due to ongoing deployments I can no longer give it the care it needs. This houseboat has Perkins turbo diesel power x2 with flyby wire mathers tranny controls and a 10kw diesel Kubota power gen, It had a strip down to glass full bottom job with epoxy barrier and 2 coats of paint 3 yrs ago and has Less than 90 days total in water after bottom job as the houseboat stays on the hard when I'm not staying on her. It is set up as a full time live aboard with ALL home appliances being full size. double door fridge freezer, stack W/D, dishwasher ,micro ,disposal, stove/oven. The house has 2 state rooms each with its own toilet and shower. master state room has a Jacuzzi tub/shower .This house is ready to move into but is still in need of minor repairs here and there and the daily up keep that a boat requires that I can no longer provide. more photos are available on request.
