Aluminum Centerboard 35-40'(ish) or similar

My wife and I are looking for an aluminum centerboard boat. We're likely just going to be cruising the Bahamas for the foreseeable future and we want something very shallow draft that can dry out on its own bottom. We both really like the durability of aluminum for poking around in the shallows.

We may consider other boats with similar designs that aren't aluminum or centerboards as well (i.e southerly, etc.). Biggest things are we want a boat that is less than 3' draft (closer to 2' is much preferred) and can dry out on its own.

Located somewhere on the east coast of the USA is best, but may consider boats in the Caribbean as well.
