We have used the boat for cruising New England, double handed racing, fleet racing, and family day sailing. PM me and I will send you a description with many images. The boat is in excellent condition and I am continuing some upgrades to the interior finishes, new plumbing, and general fussing around.

Reason for selling is that the Cape is shallow and the boat's draft of 5.5 ft is just too much. We really love the boat and hope that new owners who love to sail will sail her away.
