Open for a trade to a bigger boat. LRC Trawler or 55+ sail boat.

Boat specs: LOA 49 ft, Beam 14.5 ft, Draft 5.5 ft+.
Diesel tanks 600gl, Water 300 gl.

Boat location- Hampton, VA. Direct access to Chesapeake Bay.
Boat comes with the slip. Slip is paid off till May 31 2024.

It is an ocean going vessel.
A full refit was done 2012-2014.
Recent refit work done in Spring 2022 and this spring-summer.

Engine: 1998 240HP Perkings, 8000 original hours, 1000 after rebuilt.
May 2022 new Racor filters for Engine and Genset.
August 2023- new fuel injection pump, new fuel and oil filters, new oil pan gasket, injectors pulled out and cleaned. Coolant replaced, oil change- full maintenance work done.

Genset- Northern Lights 10k. 1100hrs. 2022-2023 all filters and oil change.
Both Engine and Genset start with a push of a button.

Other work done in Spring-summer 2023- hydraulic steering fluid change.
New Raymarine 7" chartplotter. New galley oven(May 2022).
All 3 battery banks replaced. House battery bank upgraded to Epoch Life4Po batteries - 400 Amp- 24v system(Aug 2023). Inverter installed May 2022.
Engine starter batteries Aug 2023. Genset starter batteries- May 2022.
Standing rigging 10 y.o. in good shape. Sails in good shape- barely used.
Hull work May 2022- 2 coats barrier coat +3 coats antifulling. Due for haul out Spring 2024.

A lot of spares and tools- subject to negotiations.
