We've had our 1983 Baba 35 for 17 years, and are selling her due to changing family circumstances. Here is a partial list of upgrades:

Teak decks have been re-caulked and bungs replaced, Fairclough winter cover, Winslow 4 person liferaft, Epirb, 2 personal locator beacons, 4 inflatable PFD's, stainless steel lifelines with quick release gates, all interior and exterior lights have LED bulbs, manual bilge pump, electric bilge pump with electronic switch, high-capacity bilge pump with float switch, Beta 38 diesel engine with 650 hours on the meter, 100 amp alternator, remote anti-freeze tank, Engine, gearbox, prop shaft, flexible coupling, shaft bearing all replaced in 2016, original diesel tank has been replaced with stainless steel tanks (50 gallon capacity), 3-bladed bronze feathering propeller, spare 3-bladed fixed propeller, line cutter, 6 gallon water heater (works with 120 volts and engine loop, 2 burner propane galley range with oven and broiler, 3 propane alarms, 2 aluminum propane tanks in dedicated cockpit locker, Hart gauge system for holding tank level readings, propane bulkhead cabin heater, webasco diesel hot water heating system with fans (needs maintenance), swim ladder, 8' Trinka sailing dinghy, 50' shore power cord with several adapters, 120 volt batter charger, Link battery monitor, 4 deep cell house batteries-520 AH total, a fifth battery box and wiring are installed and can be quickly hooked up if desired, 1 AGM starter battery, numerous spare parts and maintenance items. Maintenance log for the past 17 years.



Boat is on the hard in Yarmouth, Maine with a Fairclough Cover. All exterior teak is in excellent condition. The interior is in excellent condition and the woodwork is of extremely high quality, typical of boats from the Tashing yard. We were not planning on selling the boat this year, so I don't have many photos without the cover on. I can provide photos to anyone interested.
