Want To Buy: BOAT WANTED - UK - 33'-44' New sailor

Hi, I'm new to all this, gonna need all the help I can get!!!!
I'm looking for a live-aboard, 33' - 44' around £50K mark. Aiming to do Med for a year and then the big one to Caribbean.
I'm in the Solent for a week from 12th July looking at some very nice boats and dealing with several over enthusiastic Brokers I live in the Midlands.
I sailed in my teens, but am now 57 and doing the mid-life-crisis thyng!!!!
I will need to crew for a few weeks, do a RYA qualification or two and generally find my sea legs.

if i was lucky enough to be a Brit, i'd have this gal, but to bring her over to france would mean paying vat again. her keel will allow you to take her down the canals to the med. sound boats, no blisters.
