Does anyone know if shoal or deep draft can be determined on a Bombay Clipper 31 without going in the water? 1979 version. Thanks.

I suppose ground it at low tide and measure the depth isn't the answer you are looking for.

Thanks Sun and Moon but no, not realistic to ask the seller to come off the mooring for that. (I would dive of course but recently had scalp surgery).
Anyway, turned out seller had mistakenly identified his boat - it’s a Bombay Express 26 with C/B.
