1978 35.5 for sale in Sea Bright NJ. Cabin sole has soft spots at mast step area easily covered with plexiglass and small carpet or about a 3sq ft repair. Needs bottom paint and battery bank. Boarding ladder on transom. Teak rail and handholds were oiled last season and could use refresh. Westerbeke diesel. Nice sails. Have dodger and frame that needs to be cut and a bimini as well off a c&c36. Teak cockpit table. CQR 25lb on bow roller. Garboard plug to be installed. Brand new radio with GPS receiver. Autopilot, Water tanks were cleaned and have access/inspection ports.
