SV1 Wild Child – Welcome Aboard!We have $150,000 dollars invested in her and we are willing to sell it for half price. WildChild for sale for $75,000USD.
Sails…. WildChild had brand new sails made for her in 2018. Brand new Main and 135% furling genny. She also has 3 spinnakers and a spare 150% kevlar laminate genny never used. WildChild also has a new furling storm jib that uses the spinnaker pole halyard to raise it. The storm jib can be brought back to the baby stay during passage to make tacking the genny easier. So she is sloop rigged but can be cutter rigged. $17,000 of sails.
She has a 20 foot spinnaker pole in good condition and an 8.5 foot whisker pole.
There is a new $1000 storm drogue sea anchor for emergencies never been used. There is also a new harness rigged to the boat for deploying it.
Anchors. 1 new $1200 Rockna 25kg anchor. 1 20kg authentic Bruce anchor. 1 authentic Fortress anchor (made of aircraft grade aluminum it is a giant danforth type anchor) 1 new Stainless steel Bruce stern anchor.
1 brand new Lewmar windlass $3000. With chain and rhode wheels
The anchor locker was reinforced with extra fiberglass and wood for extra strength.
There is a sea water washdown pump in the anchor locker when needed.
Brand new (2018) 4 person liferaft $4000. It has been docked on the front of the boat behind the windlass in its own custom built craddle.
The lifelines have been embedded with mesh netting to prevent crew or gear from being washed overboard.
There are 8 new Jerry cans secured to the front lifelines. They are each covered with a special custom made UV fabric cover to prevent sun damage to the plastic containers. WildChild carries 4 water cans, 4 Diesel cans, and 2 gas cans of extra fuel for the dinghy and generator.
