2004 Catalina Capri 22 located on Lake Keowee SC near Greenville in the upstate area.

This boat is the most desirable configuration, a fin keel model with a tall rig.

It is in immaculate condition, having been well maintained including regular applications of nothing but VC-17 antifouling paint. There have not been any blisters in the hull over its life and the photos show the high gloss of the gelcoat. It has always been sailed in fresh water.

It has the Performance Package plus Race Upgrades. Headsails include a 155% genoa, Ullman 100% blade, and spinnaker. There is a Horizon MD50 speed/depth meter and Plastimo compass. There are cushions in the cabin and cockpit.

The motor is a 2014 Tohatsu 6 hp extended shaft with less than 10 hours on it. Nevertheless it has just been fully serviced.

The trailer is a 2002 Performance galvanized. It has just received new Carlisle tires, new wheel bearings, and complete new bunks and pads including wood and marine carpet. Launching wheels have also been added and there is an extendable tongue.
