1987 Catalina 25 sailboat

A list of equipment/ improvements:

Most of the interior woodwork is refinished including the hatch cover and tiller
New blue Sunbrella cushions in the boat with white cushions for the cockpit.
Replaced all fixed port lights with cast Lexan and bedded with butyl tape
Re-bedded stanchions with butyl tape
Replaced galley sink and head sink plumbing. Pressured water in both.
This boat is equipped with a propane burner stove (the portable tank resides in the cockpit when in use).

Raymarine Dragonfly 7 GPS/chart plotter with updated chip
Icom VHF radio with new antenna and coax
New depth sounder

This is a fixed (wing keel) boat that draws 3.5’
This C25 has the cabin roof lift option for additional head room and incredible ventilation.
Swim ladder off the stern.

The outboard motor is a 9.8hp Tohatsu 4 cyc engine with new pump impeller and seals. New starter battery. I have installed a Tohatsu remote control in the cockpit that starts, shifts and controls motor speed from the cockpit. This greatly helps when docking the boat.

I've done some other work that given the short time spent putting this together tonight that I'll add to the list later. The sails including a hank-on jib and genoa aren't new but in good shape
The boat is at a marina in Clear Lake (near Galveston, TX). I'm asking $8000 for the boat.
