Dorian wreck

Dorian sank my Morgan 512 in Green Turtle. Anyone interested in taking over the boat get back to me. Rig still standing. Interior awash. Now resting against a dock on port side. Lots of gear aboard including numerous tools, lines sails etc. Was my liveaboard for 17 years. Now 76 and can't be bothered to try and re-float the boat.

Really sorry for you. You hear about storms on the news, but your photo and words are so much more poignant and real. Best wishes.

Re: Dorian wreck

a sad situation for a good old boat. Looks like she put up a fight and stood her ground. But the storm won this round

Re: Dorian wreck

Horrible to see. One way of looking at it, is that she followed the long tradition of the sea. A terrible tragedy, but you can know, in a way, it's the most natural of fates for a true sailing boat. I'm sure she gave you a lot of great memories, and a lot of good experiences, and that can never go away.

What is the current status of this boat?
Has it been handled?
Best regards
