You come across as a tire-kicker trying to get a lower price.
They are not.

I'll say this for the Moody.
It's infinitely better looking than Princess Anne

Hi,
Sails are new, fitted around 1 month ago, bought 1.5 years ago. Made in England by Crusader Sails. Also, a spare used mainsail comes with the boat. You should also consider that all the rigging is new as well. The draft is 6ft, correct. Here you can find more technical information on this model: https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/moody-40-dixon

The teak deck is screwed on but in very good condition. I have changed caulking where needed, installed new covers. No leaks 100 % and never was. The boat has a very strong teak deck, but the weak point in the cockpit area. There they used laminated teak. I changed that for solid teak wood.

I hope I answered your questions.

Thank you

M.

Tough time to sell a vessel in a faraway island with all the travel restrictions. Might be best to sail her to New England and get her on the market there just before the summer boat buying rush, there will be lots of folks looking for weekend adventures without air travel and testing rules.

I'll couch my remarks as not fully qualified as I dont know or have personal opinions about any members of any royal family.

Disclaimers out of the way...Stunning example of an extremely well made and equipped boat. Built like a bridge and definitely up to someone's offshore cruising dreams. I'm in a longterm relationship (with cruiser of my own), but if I were single I'd be interested.

Good luck with the sail (&#128512

Nice boat, but location is an issue and annoyance
