Wanted to buy a Fatty Knees Dinghy, 8ft.
Nearly any condition except burnt, run over by a truck, or dropped from a great height.
Plus sailing gear would be good.

I had an 8' plywood dink in my early years. In my humble....ok...not so humble...opinion....8' is too small for much of anything.....children maybe ??

Fatty Knees 8" Dinky.

Very attractive classic lap-strake boat.

The 8' is the mid-sized boat, [7, 8 and 9 feet models] rated for two passengers when sailing and four when rowing, albeit would be a crowd.

Recommend halving the occupancy.

Yep, with care, two adults could get into my 8' pram, but only if they moved carefully. One would need to sit right at the bow, the other right at the stern. Anything more than a 6" chop on the water could swamp the boat.

I have an 8' FK for sale in Southern Connecticut.
Hull is good, shows some weather but not damaged in any way.
AND she has everything.
Mast, centerboard, tiller & rudder all well-varnished and like new.
Sail in sail bag, basically un-used. See photos.
Local pick-up Stamford CT/Mamaroneck NY although delivery could probably be arranged at Buyer's expense.
New to market, asking $1150.
