Want To Buy: Fusion 40 Sailing Catamaran wanted

After careful research and some personal experience I have settled on the plan to buy a Fusion 40. Not as fast as a Spirited 38, but I'm willing to give up some speed for added safety. I live down in the roaring 40's (Tasmania) where strong winds prevail and getting caught with too much sail is a distinct possibility.
Fusion 40's come with various standards of fit out and I'm looking for above average. I want low hours on motors with little that needs doing before going cruising. If you have a Lightwave 38 I might be interested.
