Want To Buy: Gozzard 36

Hi. I'm looking for a Gozzard 36 on the West Coast.

My budget is relatively small at around 100k but I have seen some G36's at that price point that appear to have some potential. Might consider a Tartan 3700 or a Pacific Seacraft but really like the layout of the Gozzard.

Just to explain a little bit further my plan is to eventually live aboard the boat full time (late 2020) and my dream is to sail the Inside Passage and to Hawaii at some point before heading to Mexico, Panama, The Gulf, Florida, ICW, Great Lakes etc..

Yes! Thats the top contender, or was anyway. Problem is it's in Canada and I don't have my passport yet (should be here in a few weeks) and the broker gave me one hell of a bad vibe. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but when a broker refuses to answer basic questions every buyer should be asking there is something very wrong. As a prospective buyer I don't think I was out of line for asking the condition of the sails and when/if the standing rigging has been updated. In any case he completely blew me off and I will always be curious what the motivation for not selling a boat might be. I wonder how the seller would feel about that as well?

So enough of that aggravation. Can you please tell me more about the boat? I haven't been able to find a single picture anywhere that shows what the head looks like or what is in the space forward of the pilothouse and aft of the forward cabin. I'd really appreciate anything you can tell me about it.

I don't know much about them, and that was the first Gozzard I've seen. Needless to say, I decided it's not for me, but it wasn't because of any particular factor. Just not my style.
