Heavy, clean cruising monohull

Just sold our Pearson 365, looking for similar but newer, clean engine. Not looking for “potential.” I’m retiring and my wife and I are moving aboard for 3-5 years of fun and adventure. Boat will be used for ocean sailing with potential cruising grounds US east coast, Canadian Maritimes, Great Loop, Carribean, Mexico. Must haves- clean, non-leaking diesel, prefer recent repower. Berths for 2 6’3”+ folk. Large refr/freezer. Organized electrical system. 16,000 lbs+(sea-kindly)/around 35’. Not interested in screwing around or dickering, but won’t overpay. Not interested in brokers. Will survey and do appropriate due diligence, but cash-in-hand for quick closing for the right boat.

Top of budget- $60k. When I cruise the listings I cut my search at $100k assuming there’s that much space in an asking price. Come with your best deal.

Not just Dreamin’
