Kelly Peterson 46, centre cockpit cutter serious bluewater boat

I am selling my boat for health reasons.
I have owned it for 18 years, it has spent 16 of those years in fresh water on the Great Lakes.
It has been meticulously restored

bottom peeled and refibreglassed
Bottom paint - 5 coats of Interprotect 2000 (moisture barrier) applied then new bottom paint,
all through hulls replaced
Edson Pedestal and Edson davits powdercoated
double S/S anchor roller assembly rebuilt and refitted at the bow and ground tackle is handled by a “Lewmar” 12 - Volt electric windlass (vertical capstan). The windlass has 2 foot switches at the bow, and a solenoid control at the cockpit panel and 150 – amp line breaker aft of the companionway, with separate anchor wells for rode
Simrad 2- chart plotters navtable/cockpit, Simrad 36” radar, and separate 3-Simrad IS15-wind/multi/multi gauges separate from Chart system, 2 Simrad depth sounders
