Displacement Multi-hull with integral fin keel and skeg hung rudder. Molded hand laid fiberglass, with white gel coat surface, blue boot stripe and blue and gold shear stripes, GRP isophthalic polyester balsa sandwich construction by manual contact and vacuum bagging.

Hull cosmetics are in good condition - minor nicks and scratches which are typical for a vessel of this age. No severe external scratches chips or abrasions sighted.

Bronze mushroom and bronze clamshell type fittings for below water line sea cock locations, Plastic mushroom head fittings sighted for: Bilge/Sump drains, A/C discharge drain(s). Stainless steel flanged fittings sighted for: Engine exhaust and Generator exhaust.

Davit system: Stainless steel tube frame with what appears to be 4:1 purchases, with blocks and 1/2" braided lines. Securely mounted to aft deck.

Transom shower: Pull out shower with Hot/Cold water. New spray head (2023)

• Large house battery bank (4- 4D AGM Lifeline Batteries, 2015) charged by either shore power REPLACED with LITHIUM ION 12V (8D) 300 Ah. Installed Victron Energy REC020005010 Multi Control for Multi-Plus and Quattro
• An Outback inverter/battery charger was REPLACED with Victron Energy PMP123021102 Multi-Plus 12/300/120-50 120V VE Bus Inverter/Charger
• 2- 90 AMP alternators REPLACED with Balmar XT-DF-170-J10 dual foot alternator

• Bottom stripped - Pettit Protect Epoxy Primer barrier coat applied and Pettit Trinidad Pro Antifouling Bottom Paint 2022. Diver maintains the bottom growth monthly.

• The boarding ladder is stainless steel folding type that is mounted on the port swim platform. The ladder rungs are stainless steel with teak treads. An extension was custom-made so getting up the ladder from the water is much easier.
• Excess parts in abundance

UNIQUE Improvement: Our plan was to be true liveaboards in comfort off-grid. The port aft cabin has been modified to a storage garage with shelving. It is easily converted back. All bedding is in storage.

The ensuite head for the aft cabin is now a Butler's Pantry with cabinetry and 2 NEW Drawer Vitrofrigo units. One is Refrigeration and the other may be a freezer or refrigerator depending on your needs. The freezer is amazing and keeps everything including ice cream solid. This area can be converted back to a head but you would need a toilet.
