Want To Buy: Liveaboard in Australia

We are looking for a liveaboard yacht in the 40 - 46 foot range in Australia. Because of COVID we are not able to travel overseas and the market here seems to be quite limited. I'm hoping someone is sitting back and thinking of selling their yacht but hasn't yet advertised it. We have ruled out a multihull just from a budget perspective, and we aren't interested in a "project" boat. Our wish list:

• As stated, something in the 40 - 46 foot range

• Capable of coastal cruising and eventually some extended cruising - things like solar / wind, water maker would be a bonus

• Good condition and fairly recent (>2005) - prefer "production" boat but not essential

• Definitely don't want anything that has been in charter

• Being an older couple, we would prefer a furling main, but not essential

• Our budget is up to $AUD250K - the more we will have to spend on it the less we can pay up front

We are happy to travel within Australia / NZ to look at the right boat.
