Looking for a 3+m RIB in the south of france or spain.

We need to upgrade our little damaged slatted floor dinghy to a 2.8-3.2m RIB either glass or alloy floor. With or without an outboard. Anything considered.
Just cant justify 3-4k euro+ for a new one right now.

Does anyone know where you can get second hand boat gear in the south of france? We are in Hyeres right now.

Hey Josh, bummer about that dinghy. Will it hang off the davits at sea or are you planning to stow it on the foredeck for the big crossings?

A decent dink (or two) is going to be the best investment you make with your energetic mob onboard! Might be worth biting the bullet for a new one that fits where you need it to fit?

A few links to some cheaper inflatables that would carry your lot. Might be some extra postage from the UK...

A big Rib would be ideal for you if you can live with it lashed on the bow. Not sure how I feel about crossing an ocean with a big heavy dinghy on davits. Possibly a cheaper inflatable will see you right for now at least, and prehaps a decent secondhand rib will turn up during your travels?
