Looking for 39-48' Cat

My wife and myself plan to cruise the Australian East coast on a multihull so we wish to buy a second hand well performing catamaran. Occasionally we will take friends so 3 cabins is fine. We know of the catamarans which are listed in the reputable websites but also look for boats that do not go by a broker.

Parameters:
1) 39'-48' catamaran
2) Manufactured after 2006
3) Located in Australia, New Zealand or SE Asia.
4) Prefer Owners’ version
5) Not a homebuilt or one-off boat
6) Good sailing performance
7) Must have dinghy, strong engines, solar, good sails, etc.
6) Looking at Seawind, Leopard, Fountaine Pajot, Lagoon, Catana, Nautitech
