There's a nice looking Sceptre 41 and C&C Landfall 48 in Ontario, but I assume you are looking in the BC area? There's a really interesting looking Custom Pedersen Pilothouse in BC. It doesn't have the prettiest hard dodger and could use some updating, but it looks pretty stout and I really like the solid hand rails.

There is a very nice Hunter Passage 450 with a center cockpit located in Ladysmith on Vancouver Island. Arbutus Yacht sales are the broker. It is down the dock from me .

There's a gorgeous Amazon ketch, Parallel Dreams, about 45 feet, fully equipped for offshore, for sale at Jack's Boat Yard in Lund, BC. Hardly a speck of rust on her despite the fact she's been sitting for a while. I'd buy her in a heartbeat if I didn't already have Scorpius. Give Gerry (the yard manager) a call at (604) 483-3566 for details and owner contact. I doubt very much there is an agent involved. The sale is forced by the age and health of the current owner. He loves that boat! She probably can be had VERY cheaply!

We love our 43 but the 44s are amazing. In both you get a center cockpit AND a pilothouse (inside and outside helms).

Nice looking boat. Don't know if I could convince my better half to spring for another stepup. Next time we're in St. Augustine would love to see it if still available.
