Want To Buy: Looking to buy a turnkey 41 to 46

Hello, I am looking to buy a newer heaver boat then what I have now. Qualifiers are less then 6 foot draft, less then 46 feet but more then 41,2 heads, turnkey, a sugar scoop, watermaker, a non Volvo engine in good condition, and a good set of sails that will give us some time before needing to be replaced. Location must be in non US waters, preferably the Caribbean. Max price is $90 000. There are quite a few in this price range out there but I figure this may add to the list we are looking at.
