Mono or multi-hull in Baja California

We are in PNW but are interested in owning a boat to keep in Mexico/Baja California. Anything between 40 or 50 ft monohull or 38-45ft multi-hull would work. We prefer newer boats, a walk-around bed (admiral's requirement), a stall shower and bright interior. Price point and location is flexible (as long as it is on the Pacific side) if we can get a good deal.
