[SOLD] Morgan 25 - 1975 - with trailer and outboard - $3500 - Minneapolis area

We bought a larger boat after sailing "Bridget" for two years on Lake Pepin. She's ready to sail with a trailer that is ready to roll and a motor that we have temporarily repurposed on another boat that has been in the water regularly this summer.
The boat:

- Micron CSC bottom paint in good condition, new in 2019
- Centerboard mechanism recently repaired and working well
- Recent replacement of mast hinge
- Older sails in usable condition including a working jib, Genoa, and storm jib. Mainsail has a single reef
- Most running rigging recently replaced
- Brightwork varnished in 2019
- New swim ladder allowing easy access to the water
- All lighting worked last time we had her out
- Danforth-type anchor with bracket on pulpit for easy stowage and deployment
- Many other recent repairs
- 2'10" draft with board up
- Current MN registration
- There are some deck leaks around portlights and fittings but no soft spots
- You will need to add at least one battery (there is room for two)

She sails easily and well and is easy to maneuver at the dock.

The trailer:

- New wheel bearings and races 2018
- New electric brakes 2018 with new wiring and breakaway battery
- New all-LED lighting 2018
- MN License and title with current registration and correct weight rating
- Tongue extension for easy launch and retrieve
- Two speed bow winch
- Older but usable tires holding air
- 2 5/8" coupler with safety chains

The motor:

- Nissan 9.9 HP long-shaft motor, 2 stroke
- Electric start
- Believe it's from 1995 based on serial number
- Includes 6 gallon fuel tank
- In the water on another one of our boats for 2020, working well with regular use
- New fuel hose, hose connectors, pump bulb and filter for 2020
- New water pump impeller for 2020
- Fuel pump rebuilt for 2020

Any photos of the interior?

I don't have current interior photos -- it's compact and hard to photograph. These are a couple of years old. The stove has been replaced with an Origo and the cushions have been recovered with a fabric with a more up-to-date pattern since these were taken.





Layout wise, there's a good sized quarterberth aft to starboard; roomy for one and about 7' long. The dinette is really to small for adults to sleep on though it does convert. V berth will sleep two. There's a head forward of the dinette and a hanging locker across from it, forward of the galley.
