Looking for a 50 percent partner in the ownership of a Beneteau 473 or similar boat. No Charters

. My goal is to have the yacht located in Florida, Georgia or perhaps the Chesapeake. Bahamas use is my desire

Would prefer to have the yacht clear titled. Each partner needs around 85k for purchase and a little reserve.
