Want To Buy: Pilothouse or Cat

I'm in Florida, looking for a pilothouse or cat in the 35' range where seller is willing to finance. I'm happy to offer the additional security of a guaranteed income stream (which I'm happy to discuss and document).


I prefer boats located on the eastern US coast but will look elsewhere (e.g. Canada, Caribbean or parts of Central America).


Looking for purchase price in the $30 to $80K range with about $20K down.


I'm not interested in project boats although of course I'm happy to take care of some non-structural issues.
