Re: Portable scuba compressor

I have a Bauer jr. I will be moving down to Weirsdale FL in a week or so, it will be for sale then.
I’d much pickup for several reasons, it’s gives you the opportunity to inspect it and see it operate etc, and lord know what it would cost to ship as it would have to be palletized and ship by truck I’m sure.
It’s gas powered, Suabaru engine I beleve.
Electric ones require quite a large generator, and I’ve never heard of a Diesel one.

Re: Portable scuba compressor

Bauer makes the JR in diesel. I have had Bauer compressor in my scuba shop for 20years and like their products and I was a Maxair dealer for portable units back in the day. Both were quality units back then. Let me know when you get to FL. I may know someone that might be able to check it out for me. Thank you

Re: Portable scuba compressor

Depends on how good the diving is in Hawaii, LOL. My boat is for sale in Panama, if it sales I won't be heading your way. I would like to stop by Hawaii on my way to Alaska though.
