Our Roberts 38 Offshore 'Great Escape' is for sale. Asking price A$85 000.

Great Escape is a ketch version of this design and in full sail is a wonderfully balanced blue water cruiser. She has already been around the world once (as Capricorn Dream, the name given to her by the owner/builder) and is set up to do so again.

Great Escape underwent an extensive refit 3 years ago which included new standing rigging, new cockpit covers, the installation of a composting toilet and the addition of aluminium water and fuel tanks.

Great Escape is a comfortable live-aboard yacht. She has a centre cockpit with a large aft cabin and a shower with hot water in the head. There is lots of storage space and a separate lazarette.

She has been well maintained and was anti-fouled in March 2021. She is registered as an Australian ship.
