I know this isnt a sailboat. Its a great liveaboard and coastal cruiser. It made a perfect floating apartment for me for over a year. I was able to work on my sailboat and get ready to go cruising without living on it at the same time. I encourage others living aboard to do the same.

Its berthed in San Francisco bay.
It does not come with the liveaboard slip. But berthing here can be acquired. Most places will let you stay aboard for 2 nights a week.
