Want To Buy: Seeking owner financed sailboat in Florida

I am in the market for an owner financed sailboat in Florida under $40000. I'll pay you 10-20 % down and pay you off in 24 months. I am a well employed professional mariner with over 30 years at sea. I am coming off a brutal divorce and my finances are a little slim just now; I am a mature (55 Y/O) professional who won't miss payments or be an issue in any way.

I am looking for sailing vessels over 30' ONLY and none with a swing keel. I intend to live aboard and refit for a few years before I retire and weigh anchor.
