I am looking for a Shannon 28. There are a few for sale via the usual sites, but I am wondering if there are any unlisted boats out there that may be for sale.

No Dice! I just heard back from the moderator of that site and he says they do NOT list boats for sale. The search continues....

Looks like only 50 were built.

It's hard enough to find a boat like mine with around 350 built......

Best way to boat shop is to know about what type boat you want and go from there.

i found the shannon 28 a bit cramped. i like the cape dory 28 better .. or maybe a bristol channel cutter if you can tolerate no headroom.

I had a Cape Dory and I found it cramped. Interesting to hear you found the Shannon cramped. Maybe I should be looking at the 37 Shannon.

Looks like there were 19 Shannon 37's built.

Might me tough finding one.
